To create a center and this will be manage by the local students or entrepreneurs of your village.

It will require the following:

i. Space (minimum 700 sqr feet 2-3 rooms)

ii. Two desktops

iii. 1 laptop (not mandatory)

iv. Printer ,scanner, photocopier

v. Internet connectivity

vi. Furnitures

vii. Two employee
